General Description:

 

We were appointed by Group SCE India. Pvt. Ltd, Banglore as the Urban Design Consultant for developing a Conceptual Master plan detailing both the redeveloped Willingdon Island, along with its water front, and the business district. The objectives of the project was to utilize the land optimally so as to provide long term economic benefits; to make Willingdon Island an accessible public destination with venues for a range of uses and activities; and to set a standard for excellence and enhance the economic vitality of the port.
